		<description><![CDATA[Frozen chocolate covered bananas are always good ~ peel &amp;  freeze a banana.. cut it in half or thirds if it&#039;s a large banana. When it&#039;s frozen solid melt some good chocolate and dip the banana. Let the chocolate set and enjoy. You can make up several at a time and store them in Ziplock bags in the freezer for quick treats.]]></description>

Makes 1 Serving

1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
2 tablespoon low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
1. Combine peanut butter and chocolate syrup, mixing until well blended. Stir in the yogurt. Serve with 1 cup assorted carrot and celery sticks, sliced cucumbers, apples or pear slices.
