		<description><![CDATA[i know this is a workout that is made to be done in a certain order and almost everyday , but ill often do the day 1 of the alpha program (i feel its the best over all body workout of the week) whenever I feel like I need to get a calorie burner in or its raining and I cant do a bike ride or something outside.  It really is an amazing workout and if you&#039;re someone who is nervous to try Sean T does a great job of giving alternative moves that arent as difficult and allows you to keep moving.  Def worth the 25 minues.]]></description>
