I’m constantly downloading entire photo albums from groups on Facebook to share in other groups. Mostly this is done when I see an awesome idea on one of our Thirty-One Director or Consultant groups and I want to share the ideas with my team. It can take for-ev-er (did anyone else just have a “Sandlot” flashback there?) to download each individual picture. I don’t have time for that, and to be honest, most of the time I’m in the middle of clicking, dragging, and saving, and I get so bored that I forget what I’m even doing and start doing something else instead! I know I’m not the only one guilty of that!
Anyways….. are you ready to have your mind blown? There’s a way to download ENTIRE Facebook Photo Albums quick and easy!
The first thing you need to do is open Chrome for your browser. Don’t have Chrome yet? It’s worth the download even if you just use it for this life changing tip. Then, click here to download their Download FB Album AddOn.
Once you have that downloaded, you’ll notice in your Chrome Address bar that there’s a new FB icon. When you open an Album on Facebook that you want to copy all of the pictures from, you’ll just click that icon.
Then click on “Normal” and it will bring up a screen with directions on how to select and save all of the pictures that you want and where you’d like to save them to. Then BAM! You’ve downloaded an entire Facebook Photo Album in less than a minute! How awesome is that!?!
I haven’t played around with this too much, but I did learn that you can use it in groups, on your own profile, and your friends profiles! (Just don’t be a creeper!)
