If you can, think back to your younger years, maybe when you were grade school age, or even younger if you can. What were you like? Did you have fears and worries and doubts or anxiety??
Kids can be cruel. […]

This is just a little story about me, it’s kind of personal and very honest. I hope that, maybe someone who is, or has felt the same is given some piece of mind knowing that there is someone else out there like […]

I have an origami owl necklace and I love it!!! I don’t get to wear it often cause I feel like they are kinda dressy, but they have TONS of options for the charms to suit anyone!! The price isn’t bad either!! I’d say go for it if that’s what she wants!! Good luck!

Ashley wrote a new post, Let’s Make This Common Word A Little Less Common, on the site WIRL Project 9 years, 6 months ago ·
I hate the R word, and I mean despise it. I know there is an actual definition to the word, but the way in which people use it is really offensive. The slang for it… the connotation is negative, and hurtful, and […]

@ahazy19, I am guilty of doing this myself and I will never think of this word the same again. I really appreciate you sharing your story with us, it’s so touching.

Great read, Ashley. And yes, that word makes me cringe too. Love that you all were such a supportive team for your brother growing up. Kids can be so cruel, it makes my heart hurt. So hopeful that parents will teach their children to be kind to everyone!

This is me. This is who I am. I am honest, sometimes to a fault. I am a realist, and I try very very hard (on a daily basis) to understand that there are just some things that I cannot control. From a very early […]

@ahazy19 I can only take the credit for all the typos in this piece lately some of the lessons I have been learning are just the Sunday school kind of answers, the things you would teach a child! Sounds easy but it’s honestly so hard to do! I am glad you can relate and that this made sense! Hope you have a great day!!

You hit a soft spot with your husky and I could not agree more with you, @ahazy19! My family had pets growing up and I ALWAYS wanted a husky but their response was always the same: “You don’t understand how much work huskies are.” So as my senior year of college was slowing down and I was finally getting into a routine that didn’t include late…[Read more]
